Not sure how to reconcile the 15000 target and the overbought reading on the RSI. Do we get to 15000, then snap back down into the sideways volatility before the last leg of the bull run? Obviously, I understand this is your educated guess to get so particular.

i think topping probability is high when everyone is bullish but indices fail to make higher high.
That would be one possible scenario although we try not to get caught up in the short-term moves.
